John is an experienced strategic planner
and faculty member of Marketing at Northeastern University's
College of Business Administration. He is also a visiting
professor of marketing at Clark University. As Director of
Finance and Director of Marketing, John developed a
successful turnaround strategy for a Medical Products division
of North American Philips. He has also managed public offerings
and developed office automation and telecommunications marketing
strategies for clients including Intel, Philips, Digital, and
Polaroid. John holds a PhD
in Management from MIT, and Master and Bachelor degrees in
Business Administration and Economics from Harvard.

Oscar is on the faculty of the University of
Western Sydney (Australia). Previously, he was on
the faculty of the Harvard Business School. Oscar consults on
international technology transfer and all aspects of technology
and innovation management. As an executive, he managed R&D, both
military and civilian, the latter as the CEO of an R&D
start-up. Oscar teaches executives throughout the world.
Oscar has a PhD
in Management from MIT, and Master and Bachelor degrees in
Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering from the Israel
Institute of Technology. He was the Academy of Management's
chairman for Technology and Innovation Management.

Jim has delivered step change
in corporate venturing, reducing time to market, and
process improvement for Motorola, Rolls-Royce Aero Engines,
and Du Pont. Jim has experience
as an officer or director of high technology companies.
He was corporate Vice President of Technology for Computervision
(CAD/CAM), Vice President of Engineering for Denning (mobile
robots), and a Director of Artel (fiber optics LANs). He was a
founder and President of both Verbex (speech recognition) and
Unidata Systems (CASE). Unidata Systems achieved a NASDAQ
valuation of over $30 million. Jim is a mathematics
graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; he also
studied graduate mathematics at MIT.
