The Company has two Chinese patents; one pending
for the technology and one is for the technology's
applications. In the past 5 to 10 years, intellectual property law has
advanced significantly in China. At this time, patent
applications are rigorously reviewed for Practicality, Economy,
and Ingenuity, as well as, originality. The Company is the present and future
owner of the inventions that underlie the proprietary
advantage of the Company's "flagship product."
The Company already has granted a limited license to the
Government of the Province of Jilin, in Northeast China
for the sale and manufacture therein, but not beyond.
Further improvements by the Company's president and, to
date, main inventor, are assured by his employment
agreement and equity interests. All technical people
working on product and process development will be
required to execute an employment agreement assigning
their inventions to the Company for the course of their
employment. |
