- Write a balanced (give what was good and what was wrong)
in the practice of each of the 9 areas of PM (Scope,
Time, Budget, Quality, Personnel, Communication, Risk,
Procurement, and Integration) throughout the life of
the project. (Note: annotate each fact used with the
source by giving the paragraph number between brackets,
as shown here: <fact> [#]where "<fact>"
stands for whatever fact you are using and "#" is
the number of the paragraph in the Case write-up where
you got the fact from, such as "nearly all of the
disk drives failed [C03]".)
- Tell what you would have done to be successful for
each of the 9 areas above, don't be bashful about
doing the same thing as in the case. Some, maybe even
much, of what was done was good.
